I'm Mike. I've been fixing pipes and remodeling bathrooms across Bethesda and Northwest DC for over six years. When you call, you get me — not an answering service, not a callback in two days. I pick up at 7am and I'm still answering at 9pm most nights.

I started this business because I got tired of watching homeowners get run around by big companies. You'd call a franchise, they'd send whoever was available, charge you for things you didn't need, and you'd never see the same person twice. That's not how I work.

I do the work myself. Every job. I show up, I assess the problem, I tell you what I found and what it'll cost. No surprises, no pressure. If a repair will fix it, I'll tell you. I'm not going to push a replacement if it's not needed — that's not how I want to run my business.

Most of my work is in older homes — the ones with galvanized pipes and plumbing that's been patched together for decades. I know what's behind the walls in these neighborhoods because I've been in hundreds of them. Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Tenleytown, Cleveland Park, Georgetown — I know the housing stock and I know the problems that come with it.

Bathroom remodeling is where I do my best work. I handle the full plumbing scope — rough-in, fixture installation, shower and tub work, valve replacement — and I work with trusted partners like Capitol Tile Designs for tile and finishing so you're not managing five different contractors. One call, one project, one guy who's accountable for the result.
